AkzoNobel Legal Entities to change into Nouryon, from July 1, 2019 onwards

We would like to inform you that on July 1, 2019, all AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals legal entities will
change to a name containing ‘Nouryon’. Until that date, the legal entity names will remain as they are
now.
We would like to emphasize that there will not be any changes to contracts, bank account numbers,
Chamber of Commerce numbers and/or VAT numbers.
