Alternatives for the TSKgel G3000SWXL

The TSKgel G3000SWXL is a 5 µm particle SEC column of 7.8 mm ID x 30 cm length.
It has been around for quite some time and has become the standard and working horse for mAb’s analysis by SEC.

The alternatives are:

TSKgel SuperSW mAb HR (4 µm, 7.8 mm ID x 30 cm)

Delivers a considerably better resolution between the monomer and F(ab’)₂ in the same time as the TSKgel G3000SWXL.

TSKgel SuperSW mAb HTP (4 µm, 4.6 mm ID x 15 cm)

Delivers the same resolution as the TSKgel G3000SWXL, but in half the time !

TSKgel UP-SW3000 (2 µm, 4.6 mm ID x 15 cm)

Delivers better resolution in half the time compared to the TSKgel G3000SWXL and you do not need a UHPLC system to benefit from it.

TSKgel UP-SW3000 can also be used for :

Rapid and accurate therapeutic mAb aggregate analysis.
UHPLC analysis of immunoglobulins.
SEC/MS analysis of bispecific antibodies.

Aquinity² P10

The Aquinity² P10 system is equipped with a reverse osmosis (RO) to produce deionized water into the integrated 10 liter storage tank with a production rate of 8 L/h.

In the next step the ultra-pure water is produced with a combination of optimized mixed bed cartridge and can be tapped with a flexible dispenser.

If the water is not used, automatic recirculation within the Aquinity² system ensures a permanent high quality of ultra-pure water.

All components of the Aquinity² are assembled in a specially designed housing.
The system can easily be opened by removing the side panel to access the ultra-pure module and UV lamp (185 nm/ 254 nm).

An optional reservoir tank of 35 or 70 liter is also available in the Aquinity² series.
This is an ideal solution to produce ASTM Type I water from potable tap water.
