Tosoh Bioscience introduces the new salt tolerant, IEX resin - TOYOPEARL NH2-750F

The new ion exchange resin, the salt tolerant TOYOPEARL NH2-750F provides

·         high protein binding capacity at elevated ion strength

·         unique selectivity, differing from conventional AEX media

·         binding of  targets at pH close to isoelectric point

·         aggregate removal in flow-through or bind/elute mode   

This resin features larger pore size than our standard TOYOPEARL 650 resins, providing access of larger molecules such as aggregates. The smaller particle size (45 µm) is similar to the TOYOPEARL Protein A resins.
